The 24 Series 25-0 is a limited express sleeper car that appeared in 1974.
The Kani 24-0 is a power source car for the 24 Series 25-0, and compared to the Maya 24 (Kaya 24) type manufactured as a power source car for the 24 Series 24, its greatest features are that it has a 3-ton baggage compartment, and as a result the car length has been extended to 18.5m, and its exterior features a stainless steel decorative band.
The later models from the 9th manufactured in 1975 onwards no longer had the protruding part at the bottom of the end panel known as the microskirt, which caused a change in appearance.
