NOTICE - U.S. CUSTOMERS

On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government issued an executive order titled "Termination of De Minimis Treatment for All Countries" regarding mail to the United States. In response, Japan Post, in line with other national postal operators, temporarily suspended acceptance of postal items (small packets, parcels, and EMS) to the United States starting August 27.
At RG-Rokko, we continue to ship items to customers in the United States via DHL or FedEx*, as before.
