NOTICE - U.S. CUSTOMER

On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government issued an executive order titled “Termination of De Minimis Treatment for All Countries” regarding mail to the United States. Then, Japan Post, in line with other national postal operators, temporarily suspend the acceptance of postal items (small packets, parcels, and EMS) to the United States from August 27.
We, RG-Rokko, send items to customer in the United States by way of DHL or FedEX*, the same as up until now.
(* We need your FedEx account number for customs duty. The number is a nine-digit number and can be found by accessing the Account Management section within My Profile after logging in to fedex.com.)
