Toki 10 was an open car of which 150 were manufactured starting in 1943, and with a load capacity of 35 tons and a floor area of 31.75 square meters, it was the largest prewar open car. The arch bar type TR20 truck was adopted. After the war, Toki 15000 was manufactured in large quantities based on the design of this type, and although it has almost the same appearance except for the trolley, there are differences in the shape of the gable.
