The Kintetsu 16200 series ``Blue Symphony'' is a sightseeing express train that was introduced in September 2016 (Heisei 28) and runs between Osaka Abenobashi and Yoshino on the Kintetsu Minami-Osaka Line and Yoshino Line. It was named the ``Blue Symphony'' because it is a ``blue train'' that runs in harmony with and resonates with the charm of the area, which is full of various tourist attractions such as history, culture, nature, and food.
The 3-car train is a modified version of the 6200 series, and features a classic exterior with a subdued dark blue body and gold lines and logos. The interior of the train consists of cars 1 and 3, which have two rows and one row of wide deluxe seats, and car 2, which has a large bar counter and a relaxing lounge space, making it a train where you can enjoy a high-quality journey.
