Information
Commercialized the 43 series night express "Kiso" that connects Nagoya and Nagano via the Chuo Line.
The express "Kiso" was converted into an express train in 1966 after a semi-express era, and the trains of the same system were put together in "Kiso" by the nickname arrangement in 1968. Day trains were operated by diesel trains, and night trains were operated by passenger trains. Until 1982, the trains were operated by old-fashioned passenger cars consisting of seat cars, sleeping cars, and luggage cars.
