Kato will manufacture the N-scale model of Tokyu Series 5000 Late Stage in the wrapping of the older series 5000 dubbed a “Green Frog” which appeared in the 90th anniversary event of the private railway firm.
As a reminiscence of the good old days, the current model of series 5000 is operated in the paint scheme of “Green Frog” which has been used for the former series 5000 and is still now displayed in front of Shibuya station with its top car only. The green wrapping train stands out among other silver trains of Tokyu coming and going.
