The EF60 appeared in 1960 and was initially manufactured in brown, but from 1965 the paint was changed to Blue 15 and Cream 1.
The EF60-19 was returned to the National Railways color in 2007, and the lights were restored to one in 2010, but were scrapped in 2019.
